When Proof of Purchase cannot be provided.

Products not purchased from an official SAPPHIRE distributor or reseller.

Products that do not have the same serial number on the product and the original receipt.

Products that cannot be verified as original SAPPHIRE products.

Products that become non-functional due to improper use by the customer.Products that are defaced or physically damaged and modified by customer.Product Warranty will not be deemed valid even if returned after purchase for the following cases:.For warranty service please contact your Dealer/Reseller, they will require proof of purchase which includes the original invoice/documentation.
